Tierra Verde Yacht Brokerage provides a complete range of services from recovery, transportation,
evaluation, storage, maintenance, custodian service, retail marketing, closing
and delivery of vessels (power and sail) up to 100 feet in length. We are located
on the intracoastal waterway on the west central coast of Florida, with 75 deep
water slips and forklift capability of 20,000 lbs. Owned and operated by Charlie
Davanzo and Jim Memet, both licensed and bonded brokers with U.S. Coast Guard
Master Mariner Certificates.
