Tierra Verde Yacht Brokerage, Inc., is located in Tierra Verde, Florida, at the southern
tip of St. Petersburg, on the way to Fort Desoto State Park. In 1990 we started out as a new boat dealership
doing some brokerage business and evolved into
an exclusive brokerage house.
Situated on the intracoastal waterway, with 75 deepwater
slips and 350 high & dry slips we can facilitate, maintain, market and
finance any vessel.
Charlie Davanzo & Jim Memet are sole proprietors of Tierra
Verde Yacht Brokerage, Inc. and are dedicated to only providing the very best
professional service to buyers & sellers of quality pre-owned vessels.
Charlie
has been in the marine business since 1975. Starting out in a commissioning
yard for new boats, doing numerous deliveries of sail and power up and down
the east coast including the Caribbean and also having been a charter captain
on a 60' ketch in the Virgin Islands. He is a USCG licensed 100 ton Master Mariner
since the 1970's and became one of the first (# 266) licensed brokers in Florida.

Jimmy
started his mechanical career in excavating equipment, then in 1989 worked at
a shipyard doing everything from operating large vessels to doing many types
of marine repairs. Being a high performance boat enthusiast and formerly Mercruiser Certified, has
truly propelled Jimmy's marine sales career. He is a licensed broker and USCG Master
Captain.
